CSC announces Dean's List
Chadron State College announced 280 students met requirements for the Spring 2019 Dean's List by earning at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale. Students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours of coursework during the semester to qualify.

Three seniors featured in art show
Photographs, drawings, paintings, sculptures, stained glass and ceramics created by three Chadron State College art students will be on display in the Main Gallery of Memorial Hall with the opening of the 2017 senior art show Monday, Nov. 20. Titled "Happy Accidents & Oddities," the show features the work of graduating seniors Rebecca Barger, Brooke Nelson and Tory Snyder. A reception for the artists will be Friday, Dec. 1, from 4 to 6 p.m. in Memorial Hall. "Happy Accidents & Oddities" will be showing through Dec. 8. Memorial Hall Gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Range students tour 18 sites in two states
Chadron State College students toured 18 agriculture-related operations and facilities in Nebraska and Colorado during a week-long tour in April. Dr. Ron Bolze, associate professor of Applied Sciences, planned and led the field experience for 18 students enrolled in his Ruminant Production and Lab (AGRI 333/333L) course.

Lissa received the Harold E Willey Memorial scholarship for $1000 and the Alice Craig Dickinson Memorial scholarship for $256. Lissa is a senior studying elementary education at CSC.
